Job summary

Talentify is recruiting for a Hudson, NH based Customer Service Representative contract role to support the Global Service team in delivering post-sales products and services for thermal imaging solutions.

You will manage RMAs, prepare estimates and maintenance agreements, process POs and payments, and liaise with tax and trade compliance while providing excellent customer service. Strong systems skills in SAP/OCR/Oracle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering RMA processes across multiple product lines.
• Proficiency with business systems including SAP, OCR, Oracle, and the service portal.
• Experience with SAP NC40 test environment for testing enhancements.
• Ability to prepare estimates, contracts and maintenance agreements with accuracy.
• Experience processing POs and payments with proper documentation.
• Ability to liaise with tax, credit and trade compliance teams.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, legal and trade compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills to manage customer expectations professionally.
• Ability to prepare export classification and export licensing via OCR.
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMA processes across multiple product lines via voice, email, service portal, and Oracle case management.
• Prepare estimates, contracts and maintenance agreements; handle export requests via OCR.
• Secure POs and process payments; coordinate with tax, credit and trade compliance.
• Proactively communicate order status and manage customer expectations professionally.
• Participate in quality reviews of customer interactions and receive coaching.
• Gain hands-on training on SAP, OCR, Oracle, and the service portal; run test reports.
• Promote FLIR Care, Protect services and replacement product purchases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-trust, team-based environment.
