• Proficiency with CFD tools (ANSYS Icepak, FloTHERM).
• Experience with thermal instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define thermal boundary conditions.
• Develop and run thermal models and simulations.
• Plan and conduct thermal testing with lab teams.
• Analyze results and optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.
• Prepare technical reports and present to teams and customers.
