Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a skilled Design Engineer, Mechanical Thermal, to support the design and integration of thermal management, ventilation, and mechanical systems for AC/DC power modules, data centers, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and industrial applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or thermal engineering, hands‑on HVAC design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk tools, and experience developing mechanical drawings, equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Relevant professional experience in thermal management, ventilation, or mechanical system design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk design tools.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and engineering documentation.
• Ability to develop mechanical equipment layouts and integration packages.
• Experience coordinating mechanical designs with other disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermal management and ventilation systems for power modules, data centers, IT infrastructure, and industrial applications.
• Provide engineering support for thermal performance, ventilation, and mechanical systems inquiries.
• Develop detailed mechanical drawings and equipment layouts for module integration.
• Coordinate HVAC systems, cable management, and fire suppression layouts.
• Interpret construction drawings and technical documentation for project compliance.
• Review CFD analyses and apply design changes as needed.
• Collaborate with structural and electrical teams to ensure system integration.
• Support design reviews and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
