Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a thermal background or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
• Experience reading construction drawings and equipment specifications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC and ventilation systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal codes.
• Create design narratives for SD, DD and CD phases.
• Perform thermal transfer calculations and simple CFD analyses.
• Review mechanical product submittals and specify equipment.
• Provide on-site integration support and quality control.
