Job summary

George Junior Republic in the United States is seeking a Treatment Team Coordinator to provide clinical oversight for specialized units and support youth toward treatment goals. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services Related Field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy and provide clinical services to the youth.
• Complete documentation and maintain clear records.
• Establish and review treatment plans with families or guardians as required.
• Complete monthly contacts with family of persons served.
• Participate in clinical supervision twice per month.
• Prepare court documentation when needed.
• Complete service planning for each person served.
• Provide clinical expectations specific to each person served in and out of the treatment meeting.
• Maintain timely and clear written documentation.
