Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy and provide clinical services to the youth.
• Complete documentation and maintain clear records.
• Establish and review treatment plans with families or guardians as required.
• Complete monthly contacts with family of persons served.
• Participate in clinical supervision twice per month.
• Prepare court documentation when needed.
• Complete service planning for each person served.
• Provide clinical expectations specific to each person served in and out of the treatment meeting.
• Maintain timely and clear written documentation.

Summary of the Position:

The Treatment Team Coordinator provides clinical oversight for the specialized units. The Treatment Team Coordinator provides clinical services to the youth and oversees the implementation of each person’s served treatment program. This individual works closely with the Residential Manager to ensure that each person served is working toward progress on their treatment goals. The Treatment Team Coordinator is responsible for ongoing clinical development and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy
• Complete documentation as required
• Establish and review treatment plans as required
• Complete monthly contacts with family of persons served
• Participate in clinical supervision twice per month
• Participate in court (as needed) and prepare documentation for court
• Complete service planning for each person served
• Provide clinical expectations specific to each person served in and out of the treatment meeting
• Consistently completes all required documentation with established timelines
• Maintains written documentation in a clear and concise manner
• Accountable to complete tasks as required
