Job description

The purpose is to make the Physical and Occupational Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the Patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care successfully without a Therapy Tech.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the therapist’s efficiency by assisting with exercises and other aspects of treatment as directed by the therapists.
• Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times through cleaning and janitorial duties.
• Makes sure all necessary treatment supplies are ready, stocked, and available for the therapists.
• Helps ensure patients are happy, feel heard, and receive a positive experience.
