The purpose is to make the Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care successfully without a Therapy Tech.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the Therapists' efficiency (Assists therapist as needed)
• Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times (Responsible for the regular janitorial duties of the clinic)
• Ensures that everything a Therapist needs to provide treatment is ready, stocked, and available
• Ensures we have happy patients who feel they have been heard
