Physical Therapy Technician – Nomad
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team at the newest clinic in Nomad.
Job Responsibilities
- Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and assisting under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence while delivering 5-star customer service.
- Foster a community environment for patients and team members, promoting collaboration and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
- Athletic experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Manual dexterity, strength, and endurance.
- Lifting loads of 5-35 pounds at various heights.
- Carrying loads of 5-10 pounds over distances of 40-50 feet.
- Pushing loads of 5-150 pounds on casters or pulleys.
- Sustained grip strength for 1-2 minutes at 40-50 pounds.
Hourly Rate: $16.50
