Job summary

• Basic computer skills required.

• Experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapy programs under OT/PT/Speech Therapist guidance.
• Monitors physical and nutritional management per individual plan.
• Completes regulatory documentation.
• Maintains inventory and upkeep of adaptive equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
