Role Description

The Therapy Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Westchase, FL area. This position supports clinical staff by preparing treatment areas, assisting with therapy sessions, and helping patients follow provider-directed treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include greeting patients, maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards, documenting basic patient information under supervision all while instructing and monitoring treatment. The Therapy Technician also is cross trained to answers phones, responds to routine inquiries, and collaborates with the care team to ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all patients.

• Relevant experience in a healthcare or wellness setting, including familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy best practices, is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in rehabilitation, physical therapy assisting, or healthcare support is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with non-invasive patient positioning, and follow all safety and infection control protocols is expected.
