Role Description

The Physical Therapy Technician is a part-time, on-site role based in Rochester Hills, MI. This role supports physical therapists and orthopedic providers by preparing treatment areas, organizing equipment, and assisting with patient exercise programs under professional supervision. Daily responsibilities include guiding patients through prescribed exercises, monitoring comfort and safety, documenting activities, and helping maintain a clean and orderly clinic environment. The technician will also support front-office workflow by greeting patients, answering phones, and coordinating basic scheduling needs as needed. Collaboration with clinical and administrative staff is key to delivering a positive, efficient experience for every patient.
