Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Dayton, OH is seeking a Therapy Team Lead IDD to guide a team of mental health clinicians, supervise client caseloads, and maintain high-quality assessments and treatment plans.

This full-time role offers training, supervision hours with LISW-S or LPCC-S, a comprehensive benefits package, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment focused on delivering individualized care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Social Work License or equivalent.
• Experience in community-based counseling.
• Managerial experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of mental health clinicians by providing professional support, training and mentorship.
• Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
• Performing comprehensive assessments and providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
