Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• LISW or LPCC licensure required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for therapy team and oversee daily operations.
• Perform assessments, client screenings, and complete progress notes.
• Coordinate follow-up services and transition planning.
• Deliver trainings and clinical supervision as assigned.
• Identify gaps in service provision and address them.
