Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Community Based/Day Program Therapist (LSW/LPC/LMFT) for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform diagnostic assessments, provide therapy to diverse clients, and coordinate with case managers to ensure the best outcomes.

Travel within the service area will be required as part of community-based care. Requires a Social Work or Counseling license (LSW/LISW, LPC, LMFT) or equivalent, with one year of therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in therapy and counseling preferred.
• Experience in home-based therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Provide patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicate and follow up regarding client status.
• Collaborate with case management and/or psychiatric services.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
