Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients into the clinic and enter demographic/insurance data accurately.
• Greet patients at check-in in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Educate staff on scheduling processes and computer systems.
• Schedule appointments by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Manage multiple tasks including inquiries, data entry and records compliance.
• Verify insurance eligibility via websites.
• Demonstrate proficient use of computer systems and office equipment.
• Support regulatory mandates and perform other duties as assigned.
