Teays Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, in Hurricane, WV, is seeking a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team. You will assist with front-office tasks, patient check-in, scheduling, and preparing treatment areas under the supervision of licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
• Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
• Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist.
• Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready.
• Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members.
• Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care.
