SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to lead and supervise a team of therapists in New York. You will implement policies, coordinate care, and coach clinicians while maintaining clinical skills.

This role emphasizes collaboration, responsibility for program development, and the ability to balance leadership with hands-on patient care within an integrated care framework.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in NY required.
• 3–5 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.
• Provide clinical supervision to associates and licensed therapists; manage a therapy cohort; maintain caseload and provide direct patient care.

What You Bring

• Active, independent LCSW license in NY

This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors willmaintaina caseload and provide direct patient care.
