Job summary

Park Center in Nashville is seeking a Therapy Services Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for Therapy Services, including co-occurring Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programming.

The manager supervises assigned clinical staff and designated graduate interns, maintains an active individual therapy caseload, and promotes accessible, person-centered, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care for people experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work from an accredited institution.
• Active Tennessee license permitting independent clinical practice (e.g., LPC-MHSP, LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience supervising clinical staff or interns and coordinating clinical programs.
• Experience in treating mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services across Park Center programs and maintain an active caseload.
• Direct day-to-day clinical and operational activities for Therapy Services, IOP and OP, including staffing and coverage.
• Supervise assigned clinical staff and designated graduate interns with case consultations and development.
• Ensure quality and operational accountability through audits, documentation and compliance.
