Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for night shifts at a 100-bed facility. You will provide advanced respiratory care across neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, including ventilator management and blood gas analysis.

Expect dynamic workflows with high activity periods and collaborative teamwork to support patient outcomes. The role requires active RRT credentials, ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications, and 2+ years of experience (5 years preferred) in a hospital

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years required, 5 years preferred
• Active RRT license
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• Experience with blood gas analysis and SVN
• Experience with pediatric and neonatal care preferred

Responsibilities

• Join a 100-bed facility focused on respiratory care.
• Manage a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
• Handle COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, respiratory failure, asthma, RSV, bronchiolitis.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment; adjust ventilator, BiPAP/CPAP as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes.
