Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night assignment in a critical care environment. The role covers ED, ICU, and medical-surgical settings, requiring independent work and strong ventilator management skills. ACLS/BLS/PALS and RRT licensure are mandatory.

Epic experience is required, with weekend availability and the ability to operate in a high-stress, multidisciplinary setting. References from management-level supervisors will be expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Work independently and responsibly, especially in critical access hospital settings.
• Schedule includes nights with weekend availability, subject to operational needs.

• NICU and pediatric critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.

Description:General respiratory therapy to include emergency department, intensive care unit, and medical surgical.Candidates must be able to work alone in a critical access hospital.Work schedule will typically be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but is subject to changes based on operational needs.Must be able to work weekends, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend, but may include more based on operational needs.Epic experience is required.Candidates will not be accepted if they have had employment gaps greater than 30 days in their required work history.The role involves managing adult critical care cases and performing procedures such as intubation and ventilator management.This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Each candidate must have two professional references who can verify their clinical experience within the past year.References must not be pending and should include at least one from a management position.
