Description:The position is for a physical therapist working in an outpatient setting.The shift is from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday.Shifts are negotiable, including options for five 8-hour days, four 9-hour days with a half day, or four 10-hour days.Experience in outpatient physical therapy is required.A bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and BLS AHA certification are required.State licensure as a Physical Therapist is necessary.The patient population primarily consists of post-surgical orthopedic and general orthopedic cases.Additional responsibilities may include lymphedema care and neuro rehabilitation as applicable.The expected visits per day are approximately 10.Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team is essential.Candidates should possess skills in various rehabilitation settings and diagnoses.Experience with charting systems is required.Preference will be given to those with previous charge experience and community hospital experience.Travel experience is not mandatory but is a plus.Professional development and ongoing education are encouraged.
