Description:The position involves working in an outpatient gym with one semi-private treatment room.The average patient load is approximately 10 patients over an 8-hour shift.This clinic sees orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients, including post-operative and conservative rehabilitation cases.Post-operative care involves Total Joint Replacements, shoulder scopes, rotator cuff repairs, and trauma/fracture management.Conservative management includes treatment of joint and muscular injuries, back and neck pain, general deconditioning, and balance training.The clinic does not handle pediatrics or neuro diagnoses.The working environment supports collaboration with a manager and patient access specialists.Standard physical therapy equipment is available, and there is no electronic medical record system in use.There is no weekend rotation or on-call responsibilities.No holiday work is required.
