Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in home health in Newport News, VA for a 13-week assignment. The role requires Virginia state licensure, OASIS experience, and ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications.

Experience: Previous experience in Home Health and OASIS required.

License: Virginia State License required.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses required through the American Heart Association.

Must-Have: Specialty experience within the last year.
