Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with program activities.
• Perform routine daily van checks and report deficiencies.
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with meal preparation and client training as needed.
• Communicate needs to supervisor to revise training objectives.
• Maintain a neat, orderly facility.
• Monitor and document client behaviors clearly.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Provide positive reassurance about treatment benefits.
• Support a therapeutic environment encouraging skill learning.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward customers; address complaints.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
