Job summary

Prava Therapy seeks a Director of Rehabilitation — Physical Therapy for Premier Senior Living Community in Frederick, MD. You will lead the physical therapy program, stay clinically engaged, and partner with community leaders to make rehab an integral part of resident life.

As clinical leader, you’ll grow your team, elevate clinical reasoning, and build relationships with residents, families, and staff while advancing mobility, independence, falls prevention, and wellness across Assisted Living

DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION — PHYSICAL THERAPY
