Job summary

iHealth's Therapy Department seeks a Patient Services Representative Float to handle patient registration and check-in, and provide clinical support as needed.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, based at the Stillwater location with duties across OSI clinics as required. The position supports reception and administrative tasks for patient flow and care coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and check-in times to patients.
• Prepare and manage patient charts.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Coordinate switchboard duties: calls, interpreters for appointments, referrals.
• Perform other duties such as cleaning, laundry, or rooming patients as needed.
