Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Area Manager to lead clinical teams across our therapy facilities. You will monitor staff performance, promote program development, and ensure compliance with State Practice Acts while collaborating with facility leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a state license in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy, has at least five years of clinical experience, and prior management or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical, occupational, or speech therapist per state.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff productivity and set expectations.
• Oversee facility profitability and action plans.
• Liaise with facility administration and nursing management.
• Support clinical, financial, compliance, and training activities.
• Promote new program development and implementation.
• Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines.
• Conduct on-site facility visits.
• Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure staff comply with State Practice Acts.
