Job summary

Rehab Advisors, a part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem coverage in Ocean County, NJ. The role supports clinical operations across homecare and facility settings.

Must hold a current license/registration and have at least 5 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Requires degree from an accredited university in physical, occupational, or speech therapy.
• Current license/registration in the applicable state.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff productivity and set expectations for subordinates.
• Monitor facilities profit margins and prioritize action plans for focus buildings.
• Act as a liaison for facility administration and nursing management.
• Assist facilities in clinical, financial, compliance and training activities.
• Promote new program development and implementation.
• Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met.
• Perform on-site visits to facilities regularly.
• Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure staff compliance with State Practice Acts requirements.
