Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks an Area Manager to lead development and operations across facilities nationwide.

You will monitor staff performance, oversee financial metrics, and collaborate with nursing management to advance clinical programs while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a PT/OT/SLT degree, an active license, and at least five years of clinical experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
• Current license/registration in the applicable state.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred.
• H1B sponsorship eligibility may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff productivity and set expectations for subordinates.
• Monitor facilities profit margins and prioritize action plans.
• Act as liaison for facility administration and nursing management.
• Assist facilities in clinical, financial, compliance, and training activities.
• Promote new program development and implementation.
• Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met.
• Perform on-site visits to facilities regularly.
• Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State Practice Acts.
