As a Therapy Manager you will schedule, train, and collaborate with departments to implement procedures and treatments, using the latest technology to support rehabilitation goals while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational or physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
