Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Therapy Manager to lead our inpatient therapy teams, ensuring seamless delivery of occupational and physical therapy services. You will collaborate with hospital staff, schedule and orient staff, and drive adherence to evidence-based protocols.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, building therapeutic relationships, and guiding patients toward rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations including scheduling and training.
• Provide direct patient care and build relationships to aid recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and track progress throughout rehabilitation.
