Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ is seeking a Therapy Coordinator on a per diem basis to support the Rehabilitation Services Department. You will help with scheduling, staffing, audits, and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, proficient office and computer skills, and at least one year of medical setting experience.

Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas.

Position:

Therapy Coordinator

Location:

1199 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ

Schedule:

Per Diem 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Minimum of 2 shifts per month: weekend and weekday needs)

Compensation:

$22 per Hour

The Therapy Coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation setting preferred.
