Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to manage therapy scheduling using Home Care Home Base. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience in an office setting.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of office experience, and knowledge of therapy regulatory guidelines. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a nationwide home health care provider.

• Minimum 1 year of general office experience.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Requires knowledge of scanner/fax/copier equipment.
• Phone etiquette skills required.
• Ability to take direction with a multitude of tasks.
• Typing ability 40-50 WPM.
• Knowledge of therapy regulatory guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapy scheduling via Home Care Home Base software.
• Assist with office tasks and maintain scheduling records.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of therapy appointments.
• Support clinical staff with scheduling-related duties.
