Job summary

icotec Medical, Inc. seeks a Therapy Content Manager to lead therapy-focused content across the patient care continuum, translating complex spine oncology and infection concepts into compelling educational and marketing resources. You will collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive growth and thought leadership.

The role sits in a hybrid Boston office, requiring interaction with U.S. and Swiss teams and KOLs to advance icotec's leadership in spine care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of MedTech, Biotech, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapy-focused content strategies for spine oncology, spinal infection and future indications.
• Create marketing and communications content across the patient care continuum, from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.
• Translate clinical evidence and physician insights into engaging content for internal and external audiences.
• Build and manage therapy messaging frameworks aligned with icotec's strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with KOLs, researchers, and healthcare professionals to develop materials and thought leadership content.
• Manage the creation, review, approval, and deployment of therapy content across channels.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure therapy insights inform product strategy and evolution.
• Support global growth and alignment between U.S. and Swiss-based teams.
• Deliver high-quality content that supports physician engagement and commercial growth.
