Job summary

icotec is seeking a knowledgeable US Product Manager to support clinical and technical activities around its implant and instrument portfolio in the United States. The role focuses on providing product expertise, education, and cross-functional collaboration for US sales and marketing teams.

Based in icotec’s Boston office, the position follows a hybrid arrangement with office presence 1–2 days per week. The candidate will engage with surgeons, radiation oncologists, and stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the medical device industry; spine experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the United States up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio and product expertise to support the U.S. sales and marketing organization in scientific, clinical, and educational applications of icotec’s implant and instrument portfolio.
• Provide technical support to the U.S. sales team on product usage, surgical procedures, and patient care, including radiation therapy.
• Collaborate closely with internal icotec departments on product and therapy development initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical expert, addressing technical questions from surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other stakeholders regarding the product portfolio.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and represent icotec as a product expert at national and regional congresses and key meetings across the United States.
• Support the execution of training programs for icotec employees, sales agents, distributors, and hospital staff.
• Collect and evaluate product feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Support life cycle management of icotec's product portfolio in the US.
• Assist customer service initiatives, including SET BOM changes and inventory management.
