icotec, a Boston-based leader in spine care, is seeking a Therapy Content Manager to bridge clinical strategy, medical education, marketing and commercial execution.

The role focuses on the patient care pathway, therapy adoption, and evidence-based content that elevates icotec's leadership in spine oncology and related indications. The ideal candidate blends clinical curiosity with strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical marketing.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage therapy-focused content across channels for spine oncology, spinal infection and new indications.
• Collaborate with KOLs, researchers, and healthcare professionals to create marketing materials and thought leadership.
• Partner with regulatory, medical affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead content lifecycle management including creation, review, approval and deployment.
• Align therapy messaging with icotec's strategic priorities and monitor adoption patterns.
