Job summary

PsychPlus seeks a licensed Therapy Clinical Director for New Jersey. This role blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision, maintaining an active caseload while guiding a team of associate clinicians toward high-quality care.

Initially remote as the New Jersey clinic is established, the role will transition to in-person or hybrid work at the new clinic location. You will interview clinicians, strengthen clinical programs, and mentor staff to foster growth and excellence.

Location: New Jersey (Remote initially, transitioning to an in-person or hybrid role once our clinic location is established.)

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in New Jersey. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.

Role Overview:

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Work remotely during the initial phase as we establish our New Jersey clinic, then transition to an in-person or hybrid role at the new clinic location.

Requirements:

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.
