PsychPlus in Delaware is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team. This role blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision, with a caseload of 28–30 patients per week and oversight of up to 10 associate clinicians.

The position starts remote during the initial phase, then moves to in-person or hybrid once a Delaware clinic is established. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical and leadership experience and a passion for mentorship and team growth.

Location: Delaware (Remote initially, transitioning to an in-person or hybrid role once our clinic location is established.)

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Delaware. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.

Role Overview:
