Job summary

PsychPlus in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to lead clinical services while overseeing supervision of associate clinicians. The role blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and program development.

You will maintain a 28–30 patient caseload weekly, supervise up to 10 clinicians, and participate in interviews and team development. Initially remote, the position will transition to in-person or hybrid at the Rhode Island clinic.

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Rhode Island. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
