Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients, inform therapists of arrivals, and escort patients as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for sessions.
• Assist with patient treatment under therapist supervision and support sessions.
• Stock linen and maintain supplies; manage par levels and orders as directed.
• Keep equipment clean and properly stored; report broken items.
• Perform administrative tasks and help schedule the next day’s appointments.
• Answer phones professionally and handle other administrative duties as requested.
• Monitor safety and escalate patient condition changes to the therapist.
• Participate in meetings or committees as required by supervisor.
