MedStar Health in Maryland is seeking a Clinic Assistant (Therapy/ Rehabilitation Technician) to perform clerical duties and essential patient-care tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment rooms, and help with patient scheduling and room turnover in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification within 90 days, and a willingness to learn EMR systems and standard office software.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days is required within this role.
• Prior work experience not required.

Mansioni

• Greet patients professionally and assist with check-in/escort.
• Prepare treatment rooms and areas for evaluations and treatment.
• Assist with patient treatment and routine therapy activities as directed by therapist.
• Stock linens and manage clinical supplies.
• Maintain equipment and ensure clean treatment areas after use.
• Handle administrative tasks and help schedule the next day.
• Respond to phone calls and support patient safety.
