Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Therapy Client Care Coordinator (CCC) who excels in customer service and communication. The role focuses on coordinating therapy schedules, delivering HALOS service, and maintaining strong rapport with clients and clinicians during daytime on-site hours.

You will identify problems, multitask, and prioritize to ensure smooth operation between therapists and families, contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Anticipated Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, daytime business hours (on-site)

The Therapy Client Care Coordinator (CCC) plays a vital position within the AOC agency. The Therapy CCC will be strong in customer orientation and demonstrate the ability to adapt/respond to different types of client situations. Through excellent communication/presentation skills, strong phone contact handling skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, the CCC will provide excellent HALOS service to AOC clients.
