Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a therapy center in California. You will balance staff oversight with high-quality patient care while driving financial performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise staff therapists and aides, manage budgets and caseload efficiency, evaluate and treat patients, and maintain thorough documentation in line with OSHA safety standards. Relocation or sign-on incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
