Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in California to oversee daily operations, lead Staff Therapists and Aides, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining financial performance in a busy center.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources. Eligible candidates hold a PT or OT license and CPR certification to lead a full patient caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
