The role requires a PT or OT background, active state licensure, CPR, and strong leadership with experience in documentation and Windows-based systems. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem solving, and Windows proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk, transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, OSHA.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
