Job summary

Software Placement Group seeks a Treating Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Rocklin, CA clinic while continuing to treat a full patient caseload. The role blends hands-on clinical practice with center leadership, including staff supervision, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.

The position focuses on maintaining high-quality care, improving profitability, and driving referrals, with relocation and sign-on incentives, plus education support included in the benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, transfer patients with safe body mechanics, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
• Drive local marketing efforts to referral sources to support center growth.
