Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Treating Center Manager (PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations while treating a full patient caseload. You will lead Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local referrals.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, documenting care, and maintaining facility standards. A PT or OT degree with current licensure and CPR certification is required; strong leadership and Windows proficiency

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Ability to manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
