Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee a therapy center’s operations and financial performance while maintaining a full patient caseload. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local outreach to referral sources.

The role requires a licensed PT or OT, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets and documentation. Competitive incentives and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure as PT or OT.
• CPR certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
