Job summary

Osceola Regional Health Center is seeking a Therapy Aide to support our PT, OT and ST teams and help maintain a smooth rehab and wellness department. The role focuses on patient flow, preparing treatment areas, keeping equipment clean, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or related experience; MS Word/Excel skills are preferred and strong communication abilities are essential for front desk and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or a minimum of one month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists PT, OT and ST with patient setup and treatment area preparation.
• Schedules patient appointments and assist with registration, including gathering and verifying basic patient information.
• Answers phones, greet patients and members, and provide front desk support as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of therapy and fitness areas.
• Stock supplies and assist with general clinic operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
• Support wellness center members with dues, equipment orientation and general assistance.
